Processing

  • Processing means receiving your information and shipping your order. Orders are normally processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. 

Shipping

  • Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information and sometimes an estimated delivery date. Please note that some carriers may not have tracking information available for up to 24 hours after the package has been shipped.

Damaged or Lost Goods

Apologies in advance if you experience any discrepancies while receiving your package from (Yae Fitness). It's extremely important to make sure all information pertaining to shipping is as accurate as possible. 

We are responsible for 

  • Lost packages during transit  (store credit will be given)

We are not responsible for

  • Lost packages with incorrect shipping information (Please contact the shipping carrier listed in your in your tracking information for assistance).
  • Packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier listed in your tracking information. Please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

Please make sure to inspect your goods upon arrival and contact us immediately if damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item.
